3. Website visits and enquiry form

The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Your message is processed by our hosting and email service providers and retained in business correspondence as needed for your enquiry. The form uses a temporary session cookie for security and confirmation messages. Hashed network identifiers and submission-attempt timestamps are used to limit abuse. Hosting may also generate technical access and security logs.

When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact and vehicle details you choose to share. These may include your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle make, model, year, vehicle identification number, country of origin, intended registration country and supporting documents. Please send only information relevant to your request.
